I love to sketch so this challenge was soooo down my alley. However, I don't sketch nearly as often as I'd like. Portraits...actually, human beings, really...are not my forte but I took at stab at it anyway. I've taken to sketching in permanent marker and ink pens and love black and white and bold colours. This is the product of that:
I've edited a photo of my sketch to a very high contrast and added the orange background. Not my best but not completely horrible either.
