AND...RELAX!
Spend 30 minutes today doing as little as possible. Let yourself daydream, stare out the window, listen to the sounds around you. Really relax. You've earned it.
It's a really good thing that today's challenge was to relax because I am so stressed in my waking life that the stress has started to affect me physically. As someone who internalises anxieties this is not a new phenomenon for me, but I woke up with chest pains and my back is wrought with aches and knots to the point where I can barely move without feeling a pinching sensation.
I took the time today to stretch and meditate making sure that the only thing I was paying attention to was stretching my muscles (NOT the incessant crappy thoughts) and I also took a nice relaxing bath and feel much calmer because of it.
Even if you're not doing the 31 Day Challenges (or rather 29 in this case) take a moment and TREAT YO SELF. It'll be so worth it.
